This program consists of four 30-minute (private) self defense training sessions. Training will cover palm strikes, elbows, knees and how to escape basic grabbing attacks.
Civilian Self Defense Level II
This program consists of four 30-minute (private) self defense training sessions. Training will cover basic joint locking and leg kicking.
