The complexity of martial arts systems is over-kill for students who just want the confidence to protect themselves on the street. Usually, martial arts programs require several weeks, months or years of effort to be useful for the average student. These kinds of programs do not teach students enough about the most important aspects of self defense for women:

Our Seminars are 1.5 hours long and not only empower you to defend yourself, but they are also a great workout.
